Terms and conditions
These starter terms explain the website booking-request process and require legal review before launch.
What do these terms cover?
These terms explain that the website records driver requests, while assignment, timing, pricing, and service conditions are confirmed separately. They are starter terms and must be reviewed for the real business and applicable law before launch.
This is an operational starter policy, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice. The business should have it reviewed before launch.
1. Booking requests
Submitting a form records a request for driver service. It does not guarantee driver availability, assignment, timing, or price. A booking is confirmed only when the business communicates the final details.
2. Accurate information
Customers should provide accurate contact, trip, vehicle, route, and schedule information. Changes may affect availability and pricing.
3. Customer vehicle
Unless separately agreed, the customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy, legally compliant, insured, and suitable for the journey.
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, waiting-time, overtime, travel, accommodation, and other charges should be disclosed in the final confirmation and accepted before service.
5. Acceptable use
Customers must not use the service for unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or misleading purposes.
