Can I cancel a driver booking?
Yes. Contact the team as early as possible with your booking reference. Cancellation terms depend on timing, route, and whether a driver has already been assigned. Final terms are shared during confirmation.
This is a starter cancellation policy. Update notice periods, charges, and refund rules for your real business workflow before launch.
1. Request vs confirmed booking
Submitting the booking form records a request. A booking is confirmed only when the team communicates assigned driver, timing, and final pricing.
2. Cancelling before confirmation
If no driver has been assigned yet, cancellation is usually simpler. Contact the team with your reference number and duty details.
3. Cancelling after confirmation
If a driver has already been assigned, cancellation or rescheduling may affect availability and any charges disclosed during confirmation.
4. Rescheduling
You may request a new date or time subject to driver availability. Share updated route and timing details for review.
5. Airport and early-morning duty
Airport and early reporting duties may need earlier notice because of terminal timing and driver coordination.
6. Monthly arrangements
Monthly driver arrangements may have separate notice and replacement terms agreed during confirmation.
7. Payment
No online payment is collected through this website before confirmation. Any payment terms are agreed separately with the team.
