After you submit pickup, drop, date, time, vehicle, and service details, the team reviews route suitability, timing, transmission skill, and availability before confirming a driver. Assignment is not instant or guaranteed.

1. Booking request review

The team reviews service area, route, schedule, vehicle type, transmission, and stated preferences.

2. Verification review

Where applicable, driver matching may consider driving licence review, ID proof review, address proof review, police verification status where available, experience, and route familiarity.

3. Vehicle and transmission suitability

Manual, automatic, SUV, luxury, and company vehicle requests are reviewed for suitable driver matching before assignment.

4. Confirmation before assignment

Final price, timing, and driver details are communicated before the booking is treated as confirmed.

5. Replacement

If a confirmed driver becomes unavailable, the team reviews replacement options subject to availability and communicates changes before duty starts.

6. Customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy, legally compliant, insured, and suitable for the journey unless otherwise agreed.
